Established in 2002, The Crest is the official newspaper for PAREF Southcrest School, Inc. A marriage of the PAREF Core Values and the amazing skill set of the student population, The Crest strives to set an example of responsible student journalism.

Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for unity and awareness within the Southcrest community. This is achieved by collaborating with members of the student body to produce original and creative output and by responsibly disseminating news and information on school events and relevant social issues.
